1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

  • Physical Products:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

    • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

  • Digital Products/Downloads:

    • Due to their nature, digital items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Final Sale Items:

    • Clearance, personalized, or perishable goods (e.g., food) are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@trsracing.com within 14 days to request a return authorization.

  2. Ship Back: Send the item to:

3. Refund Timeline & Method

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different size/color are subject to availability. Contact us first.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 5 days with photos and order details for a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, intimate apparel, hygiene-related products (e.g., earrings), and custom-made items.
